Pete is a dedicated member of the Find Your Feet Foundation, actively contributing to the organizations mission through strategy, solutions and partnership-building.

His empathy and action-oriented approach make him invaluable in ensuring constantly evolving options and support for families facing challenges create lasting, positive impact.

With over 20 years of providing his time and energy for fundraising initiatives while honing his skills as a highly accoladed Residential Real Estate Agent,  Pete has supported and called countless charity auctions for many organisations such as Redkite, Nakuru Hope, Starlight, JDRF, ToyBox International, Foundation Breathe, WIRF, Orange Sky Australia, primary schools, Autism Australia and more.​

Pete continues to work on developing plans for a refreshing and inclusive approach to fundraise with ambitions to share the concept with like minded organisations. Stay tuned!

Raymond Tan, a distinguished board member of Find Your Feet Foundation, brings decades of dedication to the homeless sector, including being Australia's first Asian Notary Public in 2003.

His extensive legal and non-profit experience makes him a valuable asset with a wealth of knowledge coupled with a deep founded passion for helping the less fortunate.

The Find Your Feet Foundation (FYFF) was inspired by Fiona's grandmother, whose dedication to philanthropy ignited a passion for helping others.

With the support of Munro Doig Lawyers in 2019, Fiona established the framework for a transitionary accommodation home, affectionately named 'Pam's Place' in her

grandmother's honour.

In 2021, the foundation reached a significant milestone by obtaining Tax Deductible Recipient status, enhancing its appeal for donors.

As the primary contact for those in need, Fiona diligently manages daily operations, including inquiries, applications, marketing, grant opportunities and financial matters.
